We will begin taking reservations on Saturday February 8^th at 8:00 AM. The phone lines will be very busy and we will get to you as quickly as we can. Information on making a reservation can our website. Reservations can be made by calling Charlevoix at 1-231-547-2311 and on the Island at 1-231-448-2210 Starting at 8:00 am until 5:00 pm on the 8^th. We hope starting on the weekend will make it a little easier for customers.

We will be manning 6 phone lines and will try to move as quickly as possible. Before you call in, we have some important updates for you! All departures are the Vessel Emerald Isle, with occasional departures for the Vessel Beaver Islander. The Emerald Isle is wheelchair accessible, see about the Emerald Isle Vehicle Restrictions.  Don’t forget to check out our Vehicle Reservation Requirements and Policy for those who are bringing a vehicle.

All trips are M/V Emerald Isle unless otherwise denoted.
