Check-in times:
ALL parking is offsite. Try to allow time for parking,
ticket purchasing, and luggage/freight check-in.
For passengers only: At least one hour prior to
departure.
For vehicles going to the island: At least 1.5 hours
before departure (please see your confirmation).
For freight: If you have more than a few bags and a tree
stand, plan on being here more than an hour before departure. The more
items you have, or the more difficult they are to handle = earlier
arrival time.
Luggage/freight:
Any items (i.e. tree stands, firearms, luggage, etc.)
MUST be tagged with first and last name and a contact phone number, at
least. Make sure every item is packaged properly - we do not assume
responsibility for any item that is not so.
NO FUEL is allowed on board. NO gasoline or kerosene can
be taken in separate containers at all. Propane must be in 20#
containers or less and must be declared. This includes any container
inside of vehicles as well. Any unfit items will be disposed of as
necessary.
50# of luggage/freight is included with your passenger
ticket. We must be able to be put the items on our luggage racks - if
not, the items will be charged separately. Excess items/weight will be
charged at $0.07 per pound or charged per item. Some items are here.
Firearms:
All firearms (guns, knives, bows, etc.) and ammunitions
(arrows, bullets, black powder, etc.) must be checked in at the office.
Each firearm must be unloaded (have a clear chamber.) Firearms left in
vehicles must also be declared and must be in a locked case/compartment
in the vehicle. The cost for a firearm is $7.50, round-trip (or is
included in ticket price of vehicle
if left there.) Read on for our weapons policy.
The following policy applies to
